3. Pricing

4. Payment Conditions

5. Conditions and Fees in Case of Cancellation

In case of force majeure or exceptional events preventing Villa Valhalla Djerba from providing the service, the entire amount of the service will be refunded to the client.

5.2 Cancellation by the Client

Any order canceled by the client before the day of the service (weekends and public holidays included) will incur penalties as per the conditions agreed with Villa Valhalla Djerba.

The client must ensure they are on time and at the reservation location.

If the client cancels after the scheduled appointment time or does not show up at the meeting place within 30 minutes of the agreed time, the client will not receive any exchange or refund, and the full price of the accommodation will be due.

6. Liability and Warranty

During the accommodation, participants are under their own civil liability. Villa Valhalla Djerba cannot be held responsible for accidents or thefts during the accommodation.
